4. Investment Services

Our investment platform — subscriptions and stakes — is subject to the following conditions:

• Plan terms (rate, lock period, minimum, fee) are published inside your account before you confirm any subscription or stake
• The platform may add, modify, or retire plans for new subscribers; existing positions remain on the terms agreed at the time of opening
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that breaches these Terms or applicable law
• Capital committed to a stake is locked for the duration of the lock period; capital committed to a fixed-term subscription is subject to that plan's forfeit terms if closed early
• Investing carries risk — see the Risk Acknowledgement at the end of this page

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Regarding financial transactions:

• All deposits must be made from accounts in your name
• Third-party payments are not accepted
• Withdrawals are processed to the original deposit method
• We may request additional verification for large transactions
• Processing times may vary based on the payment method

• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market prices
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any investment losses you incur, including those arising from market or counterparty risk
• We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AureliaFalcon Global Trades and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Close positions and settle accounts upon termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Risk Acknowledgement

Capital is at risk. Investing through AureliaFalcon Global Trades involves commitment of capital and may not be suitable for everyone. By opening an account and committing funds you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the following:

• Lock-period products (stakes) cannot be redeemed early — principal is inaccessible for the full lock duration.
• Fixed-term subscriptions closed before scheduled completion are subject to that plan's forfeit terms.
• Past performance does not guarantee future returns. There is no guarantee any specific outcome will be achieved.
• Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT (BEP20 / TRC20). USDT is issued by a third party (Tether Limited) over which we have no control.
• You are exposed to our counterparty credit risk. Client funds are held in segregated wallets, but in the event of our insolvency you may not recover the full balance of your account.
• The platform is internet-facing technology and may be temporarily unavailable due to outages, defects, or cyber-security incidents.
• You should only invest funds you can afford to set aside for the term of the product, and you should seek independent professional financial advice if you are unsure whether a plan is suitable for your circumstances.
